# 1: BLOOM – Romantic, flower-filled restaurant specializing in creative cocktails & eclectic international fare

This restaurant is located unassumingly amongst other stores, cafes, and markets. You know you’ve arrived when you see the explosion of pink flowers that adorn the outside of the restaurant. I highly recommend you secure a reservation as it is a popular spot. As you enter, you will be prompted for reservations and then will be escorted down a set of stairs blooming with flowers. It’s as if you are transported to a realm where it’s Spring. Fairy lights, a blending of golden pink hues, and an explosion of beautiful flowers meet your eyes. It is a stunning instagram worthy location! I recommend you order off of the cocktail menu. We opted for Sayonara Baby, which contained vodka, eristoff and lime soda, and Go Wild – without alcohol. It was a real treat to see these creative cocktails come to life. We would return just to try all of the themed drinks. It also is the PERFECT backdrop for taking those pics for insta. Bloom is our number one restaurant to visit.

# 2: SERENDIPIA LA CAZA ENDULZADA – Brunch, Dinner, Pastry & Cocktail Restaurant

Perhaps it’s the inner Jimin stan in us but Serendipia (stream Serendipity by Jimin you won’t regret it) is a small restaurant that is another top spot for photos. When you walk in you are asked about reservations, so make sure you secure some. You are met with a magical decor that is filled with fluffy clouds, neon lights, and a fusion of green florals. This is another spot that has some creative cocktails for you to try in addition to dessert. Before you leave, if you haven’t checked out the downstairs we recommend you pop down to take your photos!

# 3: HOTEL RIU – 360 Rooftop Bar at Riu Plaza

If you are interested in discovering Madrid from high above, then this is the spot for you. The outdoor terrace has spectacular views that are breathtaking. For those that are brave, the walkway is a great instagram worthy spot to take your photos. But in all honesty, no matter where you stand you can secure a fabulous photo. At the bar you can order some appetizers and drinks. The entrance is NOT located within the actual hotel front entrance. It is in the back of the hotel. If you get confused, you can just ask an employee to direct you to the correct entrance. 

# 4: NOMADA  – An oasis in the heart of Madrid

This restaurant was a bit difficult to locate because it’s set back in a plaza and not directly on the street. Once you do find it, you are immediately reminded of the beauty that the middle east is known for. Desert hues encompass the vibe of the restaurant making it a lovely backdrop for your photos. Good food, great entertainment, and a variety of drinks make this restaurant a place to definitely visit.
